Recover your key

Go to the recovery page and enter the email address you bought with, plus your order number. The key goes back to that address — we cannot send it anywhere else, which is the point.

Your order number is in the purchase confirmation email. Searching your inbox for Pip usually turns up both it and the key you were looking for.

If the address has changed, or the confirmation email is genuinely gone, contact support. Tell us roughly when you bought and what card or account paid, and we will find the order.
